This policy explains what information DJ G Power (G Power Entertainment, San Francisco Bay Area) collects through this website, how it's used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we receive the details you enter:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you give it
• Event date, event type, guest count, venue and budget, if you give them
• Anything you write in the message field

The form is delivered to us by email through SMTP2GO, an email delivery service. We use these details to reply to you, check availability and plan your event, and we may contact you about your inquiry by email, phone, text message or WhatsApp.

When you tick the privacy box on the form, you also agree that we may send you marketing about our own DJ services. You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying to any message or emailing djgpower@gmail.com. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit. It only sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied mode that sets no cookies.

We store one small cookie (cc_cookie) to remember your cookie choice. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Other services on this site

• The booking form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is sending it. It doesn't use tracking cookies.
• Video on the home page is served by Bunny Stream (bunny.net).
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
• Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and SoundCloud take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing loads from them until you click.

How long we keep it

We keep booking emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and for our business records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Your rights

If you're a California resident, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and you won't be treated differently for asking. We don't sell or share personal information. To make a request, email djgpower@gmail.com.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
